Client Success Specialist

At the front lines of customer satisfaction, Paycom Client Success Specialists (also called Paycom Specialists) ensure payroll accuracy for our clients and apply their superior product knowledge to tackle any challenges they may face while training both clients and coworkers on Paycom best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preferred candidates will have post-college experience in a client-facing role, with a history of success in data-heavy problem-solving assignments.

Tax Filing Specialist

Tax Filing Specialists (also known as Tax Specialists) are responsible for filing tax reports and ensuring tax payments while working at the highest level of accuracy and meeting all essential filing deadlines.

  • High school diploma required
  • Accounting, payroll or data-entry experience preferred; mathematics skills are a must.
  • Individuals who are organized, detail-oriented and able to research and solve problems in a collaborative environment can thrive as a Tax Filing Specialist.
